  • Snídaně,které nejsou zahrnuté v ceně,ale není problém dokoupit za 220Kč ve vedlejším hotelu Trend.

  • Bohužel penzion už má něco za sebou,dalo by se zlepšit spaní(postele),nefungovalo připojení na Wi-Fi a v ovládači na televizi nefungovali baterie.Pokoj nebyl připravený od 14 hodin,jak penzion nabízí.

  • Přes reservační systém popletli počet osob a jejich věk, přesto majitel hotel byl velmi vstřícný a všichni jsme díky jeho ochotě a pružnosti byli všichni ubytováni. Rovněž díky majitelovi vstřícnosti jsme si mohli nechat zavazadla na hotelu, takže jsme v den odjezdu nemuseli po celé Plzni vláčet zavazadla s dětmi. Ještě jednou za tuto vstřícnost a možnost moc děkuji. Kuchyňka, kde si můžete udělat kávu, čaj a možnost využití ledničky a mikrovlnky, což vynahradí snídaně, které nejsou součástí ubytování. Snídaně jsme měli zařízené o pár metrů vzdáleném 3hvězdičkovém hotelu za 180Kč - skvělá snídaně.

  • Absence Wifi přestože byla uvedena u služeb. Na naše dotazy bylo odpovězeno že bude druhý den opravena, nestalo se tak po celou dobu pobytu.
